BahnDeutsch purchase and platform terms

These terms govern purchases of BahnDeutsch educational services. Completing a purchase means the learner accepts the version displayed at checkout. That accepted version stays bound to that order; later versions do not apply retroactively.

1. Parties and subject

The provider is the BahnDeutsch institute. The subject is digital educational services (courses, platform access, learning content, and where purchased: chatbot, monthly website subscription, bundles) and, for physical books, shipment as stated on the invoice.

2. Account and payment

Purchases are for the buyer’s own personal account and use the website’s official gateway. Signing in before payment is not required. A guest buyer signs in to their own account, or creates one, in the same browser after payment and attaches the purchase to that account. The invoice/system receipt figure is the final amount. Discount codes apply only if valid at payment time. A receipt is emailed to the account after the purchase is attached and should be kept. Guest buyers should retain their receipt and the same browser’s data until the purchase is attached to their account.

3. Access

After successful payment, and if the separate immediate-activation request is accepted, digital access is granted according to the product. Duration follows the catalogue at purchase time and is recorded on the receipt.

4. Licence

Teaching content belongs to the institute. The learner receives a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence for the purchased course and must not republish or share it with third parties.

5. Learner duties

The learner must keep account data accurate, use the account personally, and follow platform conduct rules.

6. Force majeure

Events beyond the parties’ control (widespread outages, platform incidents, natural disasters) adjust the schedule; neither party is liable for that delay.

7. Versioning

Each change to this text creates a new version. An order is bound only to the version viewed and accepted at purchase, whose full text is stored with the order.

8. Disputes

The parties first seek amicable resolution. Failing agreement, the matter may be referred to the competent authorities.

Refund, withdrawal and guarantee policy

This policy is frozen to the order that accepted it and does not apply retroactively to earlier orders.

A) Digital services

If the learner separately requests immediate activation, performance starts on confirmed payment. Because digital content then begins at the buyer’s express request, the distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply to that digital service. Mid-course withdrawal follows section C and is not an automatic full refund.

B) Physical books

Unused, undamaged physical goods may be withdrawn within seven working days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s cost unless the seller is at fault. Any digital licence in the same order follows section A.

C) Mid-course withdrawal

If the learner withdraws mid-course, any discount is cancelled and settlement is based on the standard rate and services already delivered.

D) Intensive-course exam guarantee

Where an intensive course has a written educational contract, the exam-pass refund guarantee follows that order’s contract (institute obligations and learner conditions such as attendance, platform activity, assessments, and sitting the exam within the stated deadline). The guarantee requires full compliance with those obligations.

E) Instalments

The second instalment continues the original agreement. Newer site terms do not attach to that instalment.

Live group registration and formation wait

This purchase registers one learner for the full level. The accepted version, course details and invoice amounts remain attached to this order. Confirmed full tuition or the first instalment counts once toward a group of 5 to 10 learners plus the teacher; the second instalment does not count again.

I explicitly understand and accept that there is no fixed formation deadline or guaranteed start date before 5 paid registrations and teacher confirmation. Registration may remain waiting without a fixed end date. Formation and the confirmed schedule will be notified through the account and available communication channels. A smaller group or automatic start on a particular date is not promised.

Payment alone does not start classes. Course duration and the second-instalment due date run from the actual class start; waiting does not reduce the teaching period and no second instalment becomes due while waiting. All payment amounts and any instalment price difference are disclosed before payment.

Tuition includes live classes, the learner-guide platform for the same level, the learning plan, exercises, individual progress tracking and support every day from 08:00 to 24:00 Tehran time. Each learner follows an individual learning path and progress record; only online classes take place as a group. Private lessons and guaranteed official-exam passes are not included. Smart tools follow the relevant subscription terms; this registration alone does not grant a subscription to them. No mandatory monthly site fee is charged for waiting or attendance in this group class.

This consent is not an immediate digital-content activation request or waiver of statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Waiting registration alone is not class delivery or self-study consumption. Cancellation requests are handled by support under the purchase terms, this order’s refund policy and applicable law. No fixed formation or automatic-refund date is promised and statutory rights remain unaffected.
